Becky Lowery Partner

Becky’s path to bookkeeping wasn't planned; it simply unfolded through a series of opportunities that revealed her natural knack for numbers and ability to bring order to financial chaos. From helping with church books in her twenties to roles in medical billing, behavioral health bookkeeping, and logistics finance, each position built on the last. After three years serving on the mission field in India, she and her husband returned to North Carolina during COVID. When she saw a job posting at Solid Rock, she had already been offered another position—but after meeting Kelly and learning about Solid Rock's mission, the choice was clear.

QuickBooks-certified and working toward her Certified Bookkeeper credentials, Becky brings years of experience and a love of variety; no two days are the same with so many clients and diverse needs. She thrives on cleanup jobs that others avoid, taking financial chaos and transforming it into clear, actionable reports that help business owners finally understand where their money is going and whether they're profitable.

After two years at Solid Rock, Becky and her husband, Brian answered a call to pastor in Northern Virginia, and she reluctantly left to join a CPA firm there. When Kelly's husband, Gary, passed unexpectedly, Becky immediately returned to North Carolina to help Kelly through that devastating season. A year later, still searching for her place in Virginia, Kelly called with a question that changed everything: would Becky consider returning as a Partner? It remains one of the greatest honors of her life—to be entrusted with something Kelly had built with such diligence and care.

Today, Becky and Kelly work together with a shared mission: to honor their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ first, then serve their clients with competence, kindness, and honest financial guidance. Becky believes small businesses are the lifeblood of local economies, forming community and making large cities feel like cozy hometowns.

Outside the office, Becky is deeply involved in ministry with her husband and treasures time with their three children and four grandchildren. When she has a moment, you'll find her quilting, crocheting, or taking walks with their three Australian Shepherds. She's also a pianist and singer—and these days, a matcha enthusiast after giving up caffeine last year.
